DustSampler
The dust sampler is an inspection sheet for monitoring visible foreign matter of approximately 50 μm or more, which can be used from general rooms to clean rooms.
The dust sampler can collect foreign matter simply by peelingoff the surface film on the front (adhesive side) and placingit where you want to check. |
The adhesive side of the dust sampler can also be applied directly to the object to be surveyed to transfer foreign matter.

The dust sampler can be used not only to check the current status, but also to confirm the dust emission status at the time of process changes and to confirm the effectiveness of cleaning.
